1.How far is the hotel from the airport?

Varna International Airport is 12 km away from the hotel and could be reached within 20 minutes’ drive.

2.Can the hotel arrange airport transfer?

Yes, the hotel can provide airport transfer at 28.00 BGN per car, one way – just send us your flight details at reception.dimyat@rosslyn-hotels.com

3.What is the local currency and do I need to exchange money in advance?

Bulgaria is a part of the EU, but the official currency is local – Bulgarian levs (abbreviation BGN). The exchange rate between the Euro and the Bulgarian lev is fixed to 1 EUR = 1.95583 BGN.

Please, note that EUR is not accepted in our hotel, however, there is a cash machine and you can pay using Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

4.What are the breakfast opening hours?

The breakfast time is 7:00-10:30 AM.

5.What time is the check in?

The check in time is 14:00h.

6.What time is the check out?

Check-out time is 12:00h.

7.Do you have parking available and how much does it cost?

There is available underground parking. The cost is 15 BGN per night. The parking place is subject to availability and could not be reserved in advance.

8.How far is the hotel from the centre of the city?

The centre of Varna is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

9.How far is the nearest beach?

The nearest beach could be easily reached by 15 mins walk via the Sea Garden opposite the hotel. There are very good restaurants and lounge bars at the beach.

10.What are the opening hours of the Maya Vita centre?

The opening times are 10:00-20:00h every day.

11.What is the hotel’s pet policy?

Please, note that the hotel is pet-friendly. However, for the comfort of our guests, we accept pets until 5 kg at an extra charge and there are dedicated rooms at the first floor. Please, note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and in the Maya Vita centre

12.How far is the nearest shopping mall?

Two of the city shopping malls are located within 15 minutes’ drive from the hotel. /5 km/

13. Does the hotel has a parking?

Please be informed that the parking in front of the hotel is "Blue Zone" - short-time paid parking, paid via text message and the maximum stay is 3 hours. The hotel has an underground parking with limited parking places. The price per night is 15 BGN. It is upon availability and reservations cannot be made.

14. COVID-19 - What measures have been taken against the spread of coronavirus disease and what are the modification and cancellation policies?

Advanced care for the wellbeing of our guests and employees is at the heart of Rosslyn Hotels core values.
